General Introduction & Definitions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement governing the use of the 6bdtk platform and all of its services. Compliance with these Terms is mandatory for every user. Accessing the platform, creating an account, or using any service will be considered as confirmation that you have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

Below are the definitions of some key terms used in these Terms:

• "Platform" — The 6bdtk website and all services, products, and features associated with it.
• "User" or "Member" — Any individual who holds a registered account on 6bdtk.
• "Services" — All online gaming, sports betting, and related features provided by 6bdtk.
• "Bonus Funds" — Promotional credits granted by 6bdtk that are usable subject to specific conditions.
• "Real Money" — The actual amount of money deposited by a user.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The obligation to place a specified amount of bets before bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal.

Account Registration & Eligibility

The following eligibility requirements must be met to open an account and use the services on 6bdtk:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. Minors are strictly prohibited from opening an account or using any services.
2. Each individual may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all of them will be closed and the balances in those accounts may be forfeited.
3. All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
4. Upon request by the authorities, documents required for identity verification (national ID card, passport, etc.) must be submitted.
5. Accounts cannot be opened in the name of a corporate entity or organization.

6bdtk reserves the right to permanently close an account and forfeit the associated balance if false information is provided during registration. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until the verification process is complete.

Account Security & Responsibility

Ensuring the security of your account is entirely your responsibility. The following must be observed at all times:

• Keep your password strong and never share it with any third party.
• Keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential.
• Report any suspicious activity or unauthorized access to 6bdtk support immediately.
• Always log in from a secure and personal device.

You will be held responsible for all activities conducted through your account, including unauthorized use by a third party if you failed to take appropriate precautions to prevent such a situation. 6bdtk will never ask for your password via email or chat.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

6bdtk offers various bonuses and promotional offers for new and existing members. These offers are governed by the following terms:

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → Total ৳2,000 available to play.
• Deposit ৳22,000 or more → Maximum ৳10,000 bonus → Total ৳32,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

Before bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal, a wagering requirement of 15 times the bonus amount must be completed. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 in bets must be placed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has a set expiry period; any unused bonus will be cancelled after it expires.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless a specific offer states otherwise.
• Winnings from bonus funds will be tracked separately and cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, 6bdtk reserves the right to cancel the bonus and investigate the account.
• 6bdtk may modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

5.1 Deposit Rules

Approved payment methods for depositing funds on 6bdtk are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including major Bangladeshi banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank).

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for each method.
• Deposits must be made only from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Deposits made through a third party are not accepted and such transactions will be considered void.
• The correct reference number must be included at the time of deposit; otherwise, processing may be delayed.

5.2 Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawal processing time is generally between 30 minutes and 3 hours.
• Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal request can be processed.
• The withdrawal amount will be limited to the original deposit amount and verified winnings.
• Withdrawals must be made through the same payment method used for the deposit, unless exceptional circumstances apply.
• Any fees or commissions charged by the payment method or bank will be the responsibility of the member.

Gaming Rules & Fair Play Guarantee

All games and betting activities on the 6bdtk platform are conducted on the basis of the following principles:

• All games offered on 6bdtk operate through certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures the impartiality of results.
• All financial and personal information is kept secure using SSL encryption technology.
• For sports betting, bet payouts are determined based on match results. If a match is abandoned or postponed, a decision will be made in accordance with the applicable rules.
• If a game is interrupted mid-way due to a technical issue, 6bdtk will make a decision based on server logs.
• 6bdtk reserves the right to reclaim any funds credited due to an incorrect payout or system error.

Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited on 6bdtk. If such activities are detected, the account may be immediately closed and all balances forfeited:

1. Operating multiple accounts or using a third party's account.
2. Conducting money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
3. Engaging in coordinated or artificial betting activities ("bonus hunting") with the intent to abuse bonuses.
4. Exploiting system vulnerabilities or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage.
5. Using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence tools.
6. Attempting to damage the security or infrastructure of the platform.
7. Submitting false information or forged documents.
8. Engaging in harassing or offensive behavior toward other users.

Account Suspension & Closure

6bdtk may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification or provision of false information.
• The account remaining inactive for an extended period.
• Suspicion of involvement in prohibited activities.
• A self-exclusion request made under the responsible gaming policy.

Members may also request account closure at any time by contacting 6bdtk support. An opportunity to withdraw any verifiable balance will be provided before the account is closed, provided there has been no violation.

Responsible Gaming

6bdtk believes that gaming is a form of entertainment and should never be treated as a source of income. The platform is firmly committed to responsible gaming:

• Members can set their own deposit limits, loss limits, and session time limits.

Changes to Terms

6bdtk reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or through the platform.

Continued use of the platform after changes to the terms and conditions will be considered as acceptance of the new terms. The latest version will always be published on this page (with a "Last Updated" date).

Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises between 6bdtk and a member, resolution will be attempted through the following steps:

1. Step 1 — Direct Contact: The member will contact 6bdtk support via 24/7 live chat or email and present the matter in detail.
2. Step 2 — Formal Complaint: If a direct resolution is not reached, the member may submit a written complaint to [email protected].
3. Step 3 — Review: 6bdtk will review the complaint within a reasonable time and provide a written response.

Voluntary discussion between both parties is the first approach to resolving disputes. Under no circumstances may either party take legal action against the other without first completing this discussion process.
